1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the QuoteCraft mobile application ("App") or visiting our website at getquotecraft.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

QuoteCraft is operated by Khairol Dey ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

QuoteCraft is a mobile application that helps landscaping contractors and similar trade professionals create, send, and manage professional quotes (estimates) for their clients. Features include:

  • Creating professional branded PDF quotes
  • Managing a client database
  • Building a service pricebook
  • Sending quotes via email
  • Tracking quote status (viewed, accepted, declined)
  • Voice-to-quote transcription
  • Bilingual support (English and Spanish)

3. Account Registration

To use QuoteCraft, you must create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email magic link. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use QuoteCraft.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

QuoteCraft offers a free tier that lets you create quotes and preview PDFs. To send quotes to clients, an active subscription is required.

Subscription plans:

  • Weekly: $3/week
  • Monthly: $10/month
  • Annual: $100/year

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play) after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Prices may change. We will notify you of price changes in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in QuoteCraft, including quotes, pricebook items, client records, photos, and company information ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content. We do not review quotes for accuracy, legal compliance, or licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Send fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive quotes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Upload malicious files or content

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

8. Quote Delivery & Client Communication

QuoteCraft sends quotes to your clients via email on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact the recipients. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients. Quote acceptance or decline through the App is informational — it does not constitute a legally binding contract unless your jurisdiction says otherwise.

9. Voice-to-Quote

The voice-to-quote feature uses a third-party AI service (Fireworks.ai) to transcribe audio recordings. Audio is sent to the service, processed, and immediately discarded — it is not stored permanently. Transcription accuracy is not guaranteed. You should review and edit all AI-generated content before sending quotes.

10. Availability & Offline Use

QuoteCraft supports offline use for creating quotes. Offline changes sync when connectivity is restored. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily limit availability.

11. Intellectual Property

The QuoteCraft name, logo, and App design are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission. The App is licensed to you, not sold. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT QUOTES WILL RESULT IN ACCEPTED JOBS. USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@getquotecraft.com. Upon deletion, all your data (profile, quotes, clients, pricebook, photos, messages) will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple or Google.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, stop using the App and cancel your subscription.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
